It is the fully funded scholarship program for those students who want to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD Degree Program at (APU). IELTS/TOFEL not require for this scholarship. Eligibility Criteria
Students who want to apply for the MEXT UR Scholarship must complete the requirements listed below:
- Study abroad in Japan from overseas.
- GPA of at least 2.30 on a 3.00 scale.
- English proficiency: B2 or above on CEFR scale.
- Accepted tests: TOEFL iBT 72+ or IELTS 5.5+.
- Non-Japanese nationality, diplomatic relations with Japan.
- Born on or after April 2, 1989.
- English Proficiency Certificate if degree language was English.
