  • Eligibility requires a first class or upper second-class bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  • Provisional offers may be given if undergraduate results are pending.
  • Applicants without qualifying bachelor’s degrees must hold a master’s degree.

  • Previous unsuccessful applications, including strategic partner themes, are limited to two.
