Applications for the LPI Summer Internship 2024 are open for international students. This internship allows international undergraduate students to perform research and learn more about planetary science in the USA. A total of 50 undergraduate applicants (either U.S. citizens or foreign nationals) will be selected for this internship. All eligible students are eligible for this internship but majoring in physical or natural science, engineering, computer science, or mathematics is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria
The LPI Intern program is open to the following:
- Undergraduate students with at least 50 semester hours of credit are eligible.
- Students with majors in physical or natural science, engineering, computer science, or mathematics are preferred, but all eligible students will be considered.
- The internship is open to foreign citizens as well as U.S. nationals.

- To be eligible for the program, official transcripts must be submitted.
English Proficiency (for Foreign Nationals):
- Foreign nationals must demonstrate English proficiency through one of the following methods:
- Test Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score
- A letter from a professor in the English department at your college confirming sufficient spoken and written English language skills for successful participation in the internship program.
